'The story of the Durham Miners struggle against the 'Lockouts' in the 1840's told in song and narrative by the 'Healys' traditional folk band from the North East of England who are on tour in Scotland in July.
 

Featuring songs from the 'Bard' of the coalfields, at that time- Tommy Armstrong, made famous by the likes of Ewan McColl, Louis Killin and the High Level Ranters. The Healys 4 piece band, look at the unique humour, and language of the pits in this colourful record of events.
