In our home, he would often be playing the piano, the guitar, or the accordion. I remember falling asleep listening to him rehearse with Freddie who played guitar, Nieto on bass, while my dad played the accordion. They played and sang Mariachi music into the small hours of the morning."
Her new record, Starry Eyed and Laughing is a collection of Bob Dylan songs with the title coming from his song Chimes of Freedom.
