Keith Tippett (piano, woodblocks, pedals) & Julie Tippett (voice, percussion, recorder) have, over the last 35 years, been seen solo and in trios, quartets, large ensembles and orchestras performing jazz, improvised and contemporary music. With worldwide recognition as innovators they are acknowledged as being two of the leading musicians in their field. Tonight’s concert is one of spontaneous composition. In the second half of this concert they are joined by a special guest - the renowned Scottish guitarist and improviser George Burt.
