Objectives To ensure management and supervisors, with responsibility for health and safety in the workplace, gain an overall appreciation of health and safety management, and a working understanding of core Health, Safety and Welfare Legislation, including requirements thereof, and corresponding moral, criminal and civil implications. To assist them understand and practise representative procedures for carrying out RISK and COSHH assessments.
