Preparing an Induction

Course Objectives:
Induction training is absolutely vital for new employees. Good induction training can ensure your new employees are retained and are able to settle in quickly and happily to a productive role. Induction training is as much about training in specific skills as it is about the basics seasoned employees take for granted: what the shifts are; where the notice-board is; what's the routine for holidays, sickness; what's the dress code etc. New employees need to quickly embrace the organisation's mission, goals and philosophy; personnel practices, health and safety rules, and of course the job they're required to do, with clear methods, timescales and expectations. This course is designed to help delegates design a suitable and efficient induction programme for their own working environment.
