Argyll Boxed Collection - Call for Submissions

Each selected artist/maker will be given a boxed frame approximately, 12 x 12 x 6 inches deep, in which to create a piece for the exhibition. It is planned that this exhibition will tour to Edinburgh during 2007 and will act as a showcase for Argyll and Bute artists and makers during Highland Year of Culture 2007.

Selection Panel: Norah Campbell (Head of International Arts, British Council Scotland/Scottish Arts Council.), Alexia Holt (Covepark) and Lee Hendrick (An Tobar)

To be eligible artist and makers must: ·
Have been born or living in Argyll and Bute or have a strong connection with the area.
No longer be in full time education.

To apply please submit:
No more than eight examples of your work (Slides, CD, Photographs, DVD).

Deadline for submissions: Friday 28th July 2006.

You will be informed of the decision by 21st August 2006.
