Mull’s Iain Thomson, (also known as the Singing Shepherd), kicks off a short tour of Argyll with his full band, playing his own compositions, some from his residency at Cove Park, as well as some traditional folk tunes. Iain Thomson leads the band and plays 12-string guitar, piano and fiddle with John Lightbody (fiddle and mandolin); Gregor Lowery (accordion); Marc Duff (bouzouki, whistles and bodhran); Gordon Maclean (double bass) and Abigail Lightbody (vocals, low whistle).
